Terms of agreement:


Minimal purchase is 1 item 1 box.

The goods purchased in the store are sent the next working day after receiving 100% payment.

The Internet store sells and delivers goods only on the territory of Ukraine.

The delivery is free of charge in all the settlements which the Nova Posta company delivers to (https://novaposhta.ua/). In the case of storage services, the customer pays for these services on his own.

Upon receipt of the goods the customer is obliged to check the product for compliance with the order. Check the quantity, design and quality. If the product does not match the order, the customer has the right not to accept the goods, draw up an act with the carrier indicating the reasons for the refusal and undertaking to report to the store in order to resolve this situation. If the product is accepted by the customer, that will mean that the customer accepts the goods in full compliance with the purchase of quality and quantity. The customer agrees with the terms of the store's that since the product is a piece of paper, the goods purchased at the online store are not refundable or exchangeable.

Internet-shop works at convenient time for you. The solution of any questions is carried out by the store employee during working hours: Mon-Fri: 9.00-17.00 Sat-Sun: day off. We speak Russian and Ukrainian.
